Thomas J. Smith , attorney, went above and beyond for me and my family! He was sympathetic to our bad situation and was there to answer all our questions! So thankful for Attorney Jesse Campbell and his paralegal, Heather Houchins and the work they did for my husband, Robert Taylor, on the case involving his accident.
Though the time was very stressful because of his injuries sustained in the accident and medical procedures needed afterwards, the two of them took care of the case and helped us through the process.

Did not get back to me in the time frame that they first told me. I called them back and they said it would take a couple more days. About a week later I got an email saying I should call someone in Knoxville. I guess my case was to small for them to help me. I will not use them ever again.
