They are very professional Office and staff. They made this case work with minimal effort and stress on my part. Each person who was a part of the office team were very courteous, and were very concerned that I was informed and kept current. This was very positive experience, I am very grateful for all this firm did for me.

I have been acquainted with Tony Seaton's office for many years and would not think of using another law office when I was injured in a car accident. As always I have been extremely pleased with everyone from the receptionist all the way to Tony. I was very pleased with the services from both Robert Bates who actually handled my case as well as Amber Lindholm who aided in the leg work for my case. Even though through no fault of the law office the case took longer than expected my calls, texts, emails were handled in a very timely manner and with much respect and friendliness. I found everyone in the office to have a wonderful personality and to make me feel at ease and confident that it would all be taken care of correctly and it was. My experience with the Law Offices of Tony Seaton was a good one and I thank Robert Bates for this and Amber. I would highly recommend this office and especially Robert Bates to anyone.

I can’ t say enough about Tony Seaton’s Law Firm and his Staff. My girlfriend and I were in terrible motorcycle accident in which we were hit head on by a lady who failed to yield the right of way. The physical injuries were bad enough to deal with not to mention the mental stress of the medical bills pouring in even though we were both had health insurance through our employers. One of our providers refused to pay outstanding bills once they found out there was a third party that was liable. All of the staff were always professional, informative and caring. They worked through all of the issues, which were many, and we were extremely pleased with the outcome. They handled all of our financial liabilities and we were also compensated for our pain and suffering. Bottom line is we could not have done it without them. If you are in an accident and injured, you need a team like this behind you.

I enlisted Tony Seaton and staff to assist with my Social Security Disability Benefits in the spring of 2014. Tony's staff is very efficient communicating by phone, emails and letters from all concerned including me. Three weeks prior to my disability hearing my attorney representative reviewed my file with me and prepared me for my hearing. My hearing was last week and my Attorney Don Ferguson asked all the right questions presented to the judge reflecting my disability demonstrating honesty, integrity and empathy. No, the judge did not render his decision at the hearing however without attorney representation it would have been difficult for me to present my case. I do feel confident there will be a positive outcome and my case will be favorable. Thank you Tony, Solange, Don, Erica, Lacy and all the office staff.
