Erin is an awesome attorney. My grandson was fausly accused of a domestic assault which could have ruined his career. She focused on the facts that proved his innocent and fought to get it dismissed. We were so pleased with her professionalism and her belief in her client. I don't have the words to express how grateful we are for having Erin as our attorney. 12 Years ago, as a Prosecutor, she pretty much saved my unborn sons life by keeping her foot on my abusers neck. If it wasn’t for her, as the Police/judges were not taking what I was going through serious, I’m not sure we would still be here today.. She came in like a Hurricane & made him afraid to continue breaking the Order Of Protection. My family & I credit her for so much. I am hoping to hire her in the near future.

Erin always came off as pleasant, however I was underwhelmed with her professionalism. I hired her for my divorce. The first red flag was she had the WRONG cell phone number on her business cards that she gave us. So for days, I couldn't reach her. She had stacks of these cards all over her office, and didn't realize the number was wrong until I MADE HER AWARE. No telling how many people wasted time calling the wrong number. 🙄 She seemed too "busy" or barely interested. For example.. There was a whole court date that was VERY IMPORTANT that she was completely unaware of, due to negligence, that I missed because I didn't get the mail with the letter in time. That mistake resulted in me losing almost EVERYTHING!! Your ATTORNY is supposed to be INFORMED, and therefore inform YOU and shield you from these types of amateur mistakes and losses. She barely had time to talk on the phone about the divorce, let alone meet in person. She was unbothered by my situation, meanwhile I'm DROWNING in stress and worry. She assured me she would do her best to turn things around from the BLOW we took from missing the court date.. Yet, she did NOTHING and I took a huge L. Also, she sets me up with Huston Mediation, with a mediator that she swears is the best and tells me they're friends.. Well THAT felt like a scam because not only I, but my EX WIFE as well felt like this mediator milked the clock (paid HOURLY) and that's just another nightmare on its own that I could take forever to get into. 🤦🏾‍♂ But Erin just always seemed kinda all over the place. There are plenty of things I could explain.. The fact is that this divorce did NOT go in my favor, and I absolutely blame my attorney. 1 out of 10 I do not recommend.
