Hang onto your wallet when visiting this thief. Asks for a $5k deposit, then thoroughly eats through that deposit with charges for things you didn't ask for. Charges attorney rates for legal assistant work. Over charges on time to do simple tasks. Next thing you know, deposit is used up. Will not return any portion of unused deposit if there is one. Wish I would have checked reviews before I forked over the deposit. You've been warned.

I hired this firm for an upcoming tax audit , Paid him $5000 as a deposit at the onset before he would start anything , I questioned him on why such a high deposit and he took offense with my Statement .. I paid anyway since we needed representation , Keep in mind ,prior to leading up to the meeting in person , Klein returned the few phone calls himself and rather quickly. After he received the deposit , There were the sounds of Crickets , I’m not sure how you keep your Staff to cover for you , You either have high turnover or they are similar to you or maybe family? In any case , He literally performed 30 minutes of conversation with the DOR and that was it He actually hung me out to dry .. Luckily , I prevailed ... not with Klein’s assistance ..

Rodney and his office completed our estate planning. We found his fees to be very reasonable but most importantly his expertise and experience guided us through the process. It was very time efficient as well. Saw the other reviews complaining about computer generated documents. I would have no problem recommending him to friends and family. Fantastic job.

I used Mr. Klein a few years ago for estate planning and he was very easy to deal with. He processed my documents quickly and I felt like the presentation was very professional. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I'm shocked to read some of the other reviews! I used this firm at the advice of a friend who has also used this firm and we have both been very pleased with the results. He was very knowledgeable and his pricing was fair based on the caliber of work that was completed. Everything was done fairly quickly in my case. Most importantly, I feel very comfortable with the work that was done.

His office originally set up estate accounts for our family and did not hesitate to charge a substantial fee for computer generated programs and a fancy binder. When changes and addenda were needed, his office was unresponsive. I have repeatedly called this office and got only promises to return calls. When he finally did call, he pretended he could not hear me (I could hear him fine, with no telephone static or interference) and finally hung up on me. I cannot recommend him at all. The staff in the office sound enthusiastic and promise that calls will be returned, but they will not be. Look elsewhere before hiring this firm.

I am a big Michigan fan and was happy he went to school there so I felt confident at first with him.He comes on strong like he is this great lawyer and then he takes your money and doesn't do anything for you.He drug out my simple estate planning for several months.Seriously, I fired him because he never did what we agreed on and what I hired him to do.I asked him about my billing and he was furious that I was questioning him.He did not return my phone calls or emails (his assistants did). I never saw any other client in his office. I think I was his only client, maybe that's why he charged me so much? I was way over billed and had to hire another lawyer to clean up his mess. The new lawyer got everything done in a month and charged me half of what I had already paid Klein for no results. Don't I repeat don't hire this guy.
