I retained Mrs. Newhart as an attorney on 4-16-2022, paid-in-full. It is now 10-02-2023, and nothing has been accomplished. She does not do very well with communication, because you will get no response from calls or texts. I have files a formal complaint at this point because something needs to be done. I would not recommend her if you need anything accomplished in a timely fashion.

Jessica was organized, efficient, and kind in helping to get my speeding ticket dismissed. I don’t live in the area, so finding a trusted lawyer to appear in court for me was challenging. Jessica responded to my call promptly and with a plan in place for how to proceed—AND she charged half as much as other attorneys I contacted. She was able to appear in court two weeks early for me and the judge dismissed my ticket completely! I’m so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her services!

Paid the retainer then everytime we met with him he told us to save the payment for mediation. He didnt push for a mediation when my husbands chils mother refused to respond about a day. After the mediation attempt dates given to childs mother were not responded about had passed my husband continued to try and contact him with no response. Would not recommend my husbands not been able to have his son per court order visitation due to his lack of actions.
