I hired Mr Cunnyngham for a speeding ticket. There were a number of irregularities in the violation / ticket. I told him I felt that the ticket was not deserved. He agreed. He did all the investigative work and uncovered a few problems with the ticket that resulted in the case being tossed out. I cant say enough good things about his work. A great human being.

Mr. Cunnyngham represented me in a texting while driving case in Carter County, TN. I have a Class A CDL and He understood the importance of keeping moving violations off of my record. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and was always available to chat by phone or email.
