I had to go through a dozen of local attorneys who were either too busy or not interested in collection cases where pro se litigants have already obtained a judgement. Nickolas called me promptly once I got referred to him by his colleague. Nickolas is currently pursuing liens contempt charges and collections from a local handyman for the construction fraud.

I have used Christopher Raines two times in a complicated family matter , and I would recommend him to everyone. He is honest and respectful and consistent. He returned my calls and emails on time. I made the best decision picking Christopher Raines and if I had to do it again , he would still be who I would want to sit beside me…He will guide you and protect you. He will go the extra mile for you. I know this because he done this for me both times.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! He seems great when you first meet with him and says everything you want to hear!! Then all of a sudden he just disappears!! No returned emails or calls or anything!!

Don’t bother calling this guy. I have Legal insurance w MetLife and he is on their list as a provider. He doesn’t return calls or emails. I will be reporting him to the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility. To not return calls, especially when he is a provider is unethical and he deserves an official reprimand.

I set up an appointment with Christopher about a month ago after being referred by a title company. I’m a real estate investor and was in need of legal counsel in the future. My appointment was set for 2 pm via phone call. I received an email from his office, FIVE MINUTES before the call, that he had reviewed my intake form and decided he couldn’t help me. He had that form for nearly a month. This kind of business practice is HIGHLY disrespectful.

Not professional .. I had a meeting scheduled in January 2024. with him. I arrival 15 minutes early to hear that he was not going to make the appointment due to an engine problem. I was told by the receptionist. She was the one who took notes for the attorney. I left all my medical records with her for the attorney's to review. I had tried to contact the office on several occasions and always went to voice mail. Two months went by and never herd from him nor anyone from his office. I find that to be inconsiderate and unprofessional. I have dealt with several attorney's throughout my career in law enforcement and none lack the commication skills he does. I'm writing this for buyer beware. Do your homework and call the Bar Association and read reviews.

I recommend using Nicholas for any lawyer needs. He is very honset, very professional and cares about the outcome of his clients! He answers your questions too the best of his knowledge and if doesn't know he will find out. Probably one of the best attorneys I have had. So regardless of what you need a lawyer for I would suggest coming too Nicholas!!

The care of representation for my son, to me, has so far been phenomenal! He returns messages and answers questions honestly, which I appreciate so much!! Highly recommend!!

He's very unprofessional he's very short with you and when he was asked to send a document back to someone he was rude because it was gonna cost him postage to do so he was recommended by someone but if you are rude to a potential client not worth it

Nick represented me in Nov. He is very professional and answered my calls no matter what it was about or what time it was, which with my past experiences with attorneys, that meant a lot. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Keep up being who you are Nick. You're awesome!!
