My family used Mr East and I can't say enough good things about him and Melissa.....I spoke with Melissa who was very understanding to our situation and showed her own concern and compassion before we ever made actual contact with Mr East, who was on vacation at the time...we made a appointment it was all.good and smooth and he was honest about his concerns and made no promises ...but he came through qith flying colors for us ..and was short noticed we needed representation the next week ....he was successful....he took time to talk with my family member and treated her with complete respect ....I truly could tell he cared about her well being and the outcome and he proved it in court ....Thanks to both Melissa and Mr. East for showing that there really are good people who care ....

I hired Mr Culbertson and I believe he meant me well at the beginning of my case. My case involved severe DV. I gave him medical records, pics/abuse, police reports & more. At one point Mr C could no longer look me in the eye. One meeting he informed me he was going to keep a close watch in my case but he was going to let another att assist him. Concerned I ask him if he was going to show Judge * my evidence. He said if I show Judge * this he will be furious. Being in my state of mind I thought he meant the judge would be mad at me. Fast forward-at the end I still had high hopes of walking in freedom from abuse. But, Mr C did not tell me a last minute motion had been filed against me. That goes against the TN Oath he took in order to help hurting people. The motion could hv been easily defended but he used that motion to throw my case in my abuser favor. He ignored the law of the land. He can win your case but he knows how to loose it if he decides to. I received pennies on the dollar on the money my abuser was trying to steal from me. My abuser is in monthly control of my livelihood. I still deal with great hardship daily. Ambushed by my own attorney.
