I got into unwarranted legal trouble in December of 23. The moment I walked into Josh Hoeppner's office I felt like I was his only client. Over the past year, I have never felt rushed or ignored. Josh was nothing but respectful, and I did not feel like he was patronizing me or counseling me as if I were guilty. It was over a year before I finally got a preliminary hearing. In the meantime, Josh was building up an argument in case I was bound over, and he tempered my expectations. He let me know that it was rare for the judge to find no probable cause. This whole year, Josh has kept in touch, answered me promptly, and tried repeatedly to get my case dismissed. Finally, today in January '25, I had a preliminary hearing. Josh knew just what to do. He asked all the right questions and had the right evidence ready, which is what ultimately convinced the judge to dismiss the case for no probable cause. I will forever be thankful! Josh charged me a reasonable fee (for what he had to do, of course) and earned every bit of it. My brother passed away in March without a will and I was named Executor. I really was overwhelmed not only from losing my brother but also from not really knowing how to perform my duties as Executor. Thank goodness I found Michelle! She immediately calmed my fears, explained the entire process to me and held my hand through the entire process. Her assistant, Stephanie, is also a rock star. They are very knowledgeable, extremely patient and empathetic, and always reachable to answer questions. Michelle also did a will for my mother as well as a durable power of attorney, a medical power of attorney, and a living will. Finally, she did some deed transfers for us. Considering the issues we were dealing with, the cost of the services she provided were way down on the priority list. However, every service she provided for us was way less expensive than i anticipated. I do not have the words to adequately express my appreciation for Michelle nor can I recommend her more highly. She is absolutely wonderful!

Josh did an absolutely great job on my case. He kept me updated every step of the way - and I didn't even have to go to court. He appeared on behalf - and actually had to go a few times because the ticketing officer didn't show up. Charges dismissed and nothing will show up on my driving record. Keeping my insurance rates where they are at is well worth the cost of Josh's expertise!
