I first hired Mrs. Fisher to draw up a Durable Power of Attorney for my mother. I was very satisfied with her work so I also hired her to prepare multiple deeds, a lease agreement, and a rent-to-own contract. She is highly competent in her work and the turn around on the documents I needed was much quicker than I had anticipated.
