Billing issues and lack of transparency
“Use this firm if you want to be billed beyond belief and have absolutely nothing done for you. They will fail to do anything they say they will do, fail to respond to basic questions via email, pass you from attorney to attorney with no explanation, ignore basic requests, fail to update their own files with proper contact information, fail to communicate with opposing counsel appropriately and send you bill after bill after bill for the incompetence.”
