They are so cordial and kind. They are very busy but they still get back in a very reasonable amount of time. I recommend their services to anyone who needs them. They are very clear and assistive with their skills and sharing!

Nasty women just awful, they talk down to you, discourage you and make you feel like you shouldn't be calling. Very bitter rude old women. Not worth the time and effort. Sad to think so many people have probably been treated the se way as me and not voice their experience.

Legal Aid are not what they use to be in the past. In my past experiences, if u called them, they would send u an application & request that u complete it. Return the application with another letter explaining ur case. When they receive all ur information back, they would have an attorney to contact u back. The lawyer would call u, listen to ur case, and let u know if u have a case and/or if he or someone else could help u. Now it's NOTHING LIKE THAT! Now everything they say is: WE DON'T DO THAT MA'AM R SIR! Sooooo what do u do? Do u know who can further assist me? I NEED HELP! So, U go back to the drawing board and ask Google to search for further assistance. SMH 🤷🤦‍♀️🙅‍♂️
