Isolated incident of unprofessional service and lack of communication
“I used their services a year ago and was represented by Mr. Witt. Their office secretary always answered the phone when I needed to call and ask a question. However, my attorney never returned any of my calls and only called me the day of court. A year later now, I have been waiting weeks for him to reach out after I called their office three times to have him call me. Anytime I needed answers, I would never get a return call. Very unprofessional.”
