Absolute crap. They don’t care about the people. What a scam what a joke. I wonder if they even take any cases. Horrible. Just horrible. I’m saying this from experience with them. I spoke to one of their so-called representatives or want to be lawyers. They agreed to take my case and then 20 days before my hearing they said oh no, we can’t take it. This is for a simple divorce. No assets not contested divorce. Why tell someone you’ll take the case? Don’t let them ruin you too. If my tax dollars go to help fund them, I’m gonna be really upset!!!

Not sure how anyone qualifies for legal aid when their income eligibility for a family of 4 is 25,000 a year. Then when I asked about debt to income, bills, and child support etc was met with incredible hostility and rudeness. That is well below the poverty line. You would have to be homeless to qualify for their services according to the rude woman I spoke with.

The ladies that answer the phone to the Knox location are RUDE!!!! People obviously call because we need help and the way they talk to you is totally unacceptable. If you don’t like your job find another one.

Rude rude and more rude I have the 1 and half minute of the receptionist telling me I don’t live in service area after naming my area as service area I live in anderson county my ex husband and daughter are in knox county the custody case has been in the knox county courts I was told I need to call anderson county office what?!! How does that help and tell them and then they will have me call back there or send a referral so you want me to repeat the traumatic incidents that my ex husband has inflicted on me and my child twice just for the fun of it so these ppl lack complete empathy to realize that ppl are t calling there cuz life is on the up and up but rather cuz it’s something terrible happening to them I mean wow I give up at this point guess I’ll just let him win and give in and one day maybe I’ll get a chance to show

This place is a waste of time. I have caught several times with several different legal issues and they've not been able to help me with any of them. So why bother being opened?

So far very patient and considerate...understanding.

The receptionist told my stepfather that the landlord dosent need just cause to evict tenants and that lease agreements dont matter. She said landlords didnt have to give a reason. She was very rude, lied to my stepfather, and hung up on him. Completely unacceptable. I'm filing a formal complaint.

Sent them a letter and email today.nobody ever call me back.i wont give up hope tho.my legal issue is easy i got all the proof papers evidence whatever they need but i need a lawyer to present it.im keep attempting keep hoping somebody will help😥😥😥
