I started this process being completely terrified. I felt like that I was arrested with no support whatsoever. I tried to cooperate with the system knowing that I was not supposed to be in this position but that did not work out for me. I turned to the Garza law firm for help. What I found was more than help. I can not begin to tell you my respect for this man and family. I literally felt as if i were facing the gates of hell, and hopeless. Marcos and Bill continually lifting up my family and I in prayer. I recall them being in the office one night until 0130 reviewing my case. I am a former law enforcement officer and have been through countless court proceedings. Marcos is FEARED, by attorneys and respected HIGHLY by judges. He verbatim quoted TCA laws during my proceedings. I truly believe this man by far is the best cross examiner in the state of TN. Marcos team includes a Private Investigator Bill to whom I believe has Jedi like powers and can sense the smallest of details in depositions .
