I was extremely happy with the help that Garza Law Firm had given me with my motorcycle accident. Jenny Rogers was fantastic! She treated me with care and kindness during the whole time she worked on my case. I am sure that I would not have been taken care of any better by any other firm. She answered all my questions, kept me updated and called to check on me. I never expected that. I want to give a special thanks to Shannon. Last February, I was involved in a very bad motor vehicle accident that could have killed me and the lady who hit me. A lady had fallen asleep at the wheel and ran a red light as I was going through the intersection. Totaled my truck, her SUV and sent us both to the hospital. I thank God I only had a bad case of whiplash (which a year later I'm still dealing with), but even more, I thank Him for directing me toward Garza Law Firm. Despite being hesitant, I took a leap of faith by sending them a message online seeking help. Within a couple of hours, the paralegal, Shannon (who has become a dear friend to me), responded with a phone call ON HER DAY OFF. She got some information and got me connected with one of the most caring, professional and brilliant attorneys in Knoxville, Jenny Rogers. Jenny was so sweet and would constantly check up on me to see how I was progressing all the while working hard on the case. She, along with Shannon, had a plan from the start, communicated with me consistently on the progress of the case and was always accessible when I had questions. Last, but not least, I want to mention Marcos Garza. The first day I came into Jenny's office, Marcos took time out of what I'm sure was a busy schedule to come introduce himself and chatted with me for probably 20-30 minutes. I left their office that day thinking what a special person he was. The first thing I noticed about him was how humble and down to earth he was. Although all my issues are still pending. The Garza law firm has been extremely helpful in my ordeal. Keith Lowe has been very informative as well as very patient with all my questions. sorry Marcos I should have already shared this!!.. I went through a DUI charge, possession of a firearm while intoxicated charge. This lasted 5 long years and Marcos fought it for 3 years! It was in the city of Alcoa where they have almost a 100 % conviction rate on DUI (WHICH ISNT POSSIBLE ON THE UP AND UP) and absolutely do not reduce charges or even negotiate!!.. I had dirty cops changing their stories lying about what happened and they were getting away with it! i hired a cheap attorney in the same county and he was a total waste of time!!!!.. The moment I hired Marcos he was personable and understanding. My first appearance in court with Marcos was ... well he walked in like a bad ass with swagger and he had the respect of everyone in the court room!!.. Marcos told me every time a offer yes offer was made ..." brother it's up to you .. I'll do whatever you want to do!" guess what I have No DUI... No Gun charge and my life has been normal for 3 years now!.. Marcos you saved my job... my life buddy!!.. I am forever grateful for everything you did for me and my family. you are a class act and absolutely the best decision I could have made!..Thanks brother for everything!!! remember if you are in this situation a cheap lawyer ain't good and a good lawyer ain't cheap!!!!!! So very nice & professional

Our experience with Marcos and his entire firm was outstanding. My suffered a personal injury during a mishap that should've been a no brainer for the insurance company to pay us for future surgeries he will need. Instead they played beat the clock with us and attempted to run the clock past one year. As a skilled lawyer and attorney Marcos educated us as to the true intentions of the insurance company from our sons' accident. I would recommend Marcos Garza and the Garza Law Firm to anyone. When you are facing any legal issue it is scary. In 2013 the THP arrested me on a bogus charge of aggravated assault. The charges were false from the beginning. My accuser made false accusations and lied under oath. And over a 2 year battle, I never went to trial and the case was eventually dismissed all due to Marcos' and his staff's due diligence. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and was there to answer my calls 95% of the time, and if he didn't answer he would usually text or call within a few hours. He is worth every penny and is there for you and truly cares about his clients. I could not ask for a better lawyer or friend!
