I have never been arrested before ever so when I found myself in an unfortunate situation I was lost and uncertain what to do next. Mr. Nathanial Evans was cool, calm, and collected throughout every phone call and meeting. Extremely helpful and didn't judge me prematurely which allowed me to explain my situation before we ever discussed details of payment. The fact that payment and or money was the last thing on his mind put me at ease ; made me genuinely feel he actually cared personally about me and my particular case. Even well after my case had been dismissed he has still been available to me to answer questions and set my mind at ease during the expungement process. I highly recommend him for any unforeseen issue you may find yourself. A man that truly cares about you and not just about the money you bring to his firm.

Nate Evans successfully helped me negotiate a situation that, at the worst, could have resulted in a felony charge, along with charges for DUI, reckless driving, reckless endangerment and a violation for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. All those charges could have resulted in over a year in jail and loss of my drivers license for two years. Not to mention, that at only 20 years old, I would carry them on my record for years.
