I retained Michael as my attorney after being hit by a car while on my bicycle. Many attorneys didn't want to fight for me but OEB did! Michael knows the law and is a bicyclist as well so he worked hard and got me the settlement I deserved. If you want the best on your side, then go with Ogle, Elrod, and Barill.

Not a fan should change there slogan to "wreck into a check if the ins co says it's ok"
Was hit by a drunk driver and I got next to nothing.lost my car rehurt my back waited 5 months. Would not recommend.

10/10 They’re very patient & worked hard to earn me a LARGE amount of money when I was hit by a drunk driver. I was a hard person to work with (flakey, never answered calls, slow, etc.) & yet they were always so kind and understanding. It literally cost me nothing & they were able to pay ALL of my medical bills and send me home with a significant amount extra- (in the double digit thousands $xx,xxx).
I have nothing but love for everyone at OEB for treating me like family.
