First review: I want to give them 10 stars if it was possible! I am very satisfied with the outcome of this settlement. I want to say they are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They will EXCEED your expectation. My paralegal's name was Ms. Chris and she was always kind and informative about the case. Although it took awhile to do the settlement but it was definitely worth of wait! I will recommend him and his team to anyone I know who has trouble with the car accident! ———————————————- Second review: So I thought it went well until i rec’d a bill to pay a medical device about 18 months later. I believed that when my case was closed, the lawyer office had paid all the medical bills. Apparently When I went to ER at the time, I rec’d a neck collar from the hospital. I honestly thought it would have been included in the ER hospital bills yet the neck collar is from separate entity, and that is why they billed us separately. When they sent the bill 18 months after the accident had happened, I found out that not only they billed us so late, they also filed it to my health insurance late. At first they claimed that they had filed this back in may of 2017 when the accident happened. However my health insurance denied the claim and said that they were billed in september 2018, which is not right. So since Insurace company has rules, policies, and laws, they can deny such a claim when it is not filed to them in timely manner, they denied the payment and left it at that. So they started to bill me instead. So I took it back to this lawyer office. It took me so many phone calls to just reach out to the people who worked on my case before, and I honestly had a feeling that it was not important anymore because there is no more compensation and they already got paid from my case. I didnt even call more than once a day and it took me at least 3~4 phone calls to just to talk to them. It started out in september 2018 and im writing review on january 2019 so i didnt bother them too much because i believed that when she said “she will try”. Well, a month or two later, they say i might owe them and there is not a legal way to stop them since i did get a neck collar. Also kinda blaming/reminding me that it was my choice not to open a claim about “possibility that the health insurance would require reimbursement for any claims made.” Yes, they are right; however when they said that to me, they also said that the possibility is almost none to very little and that they can ask for more money Which would lower the settlement outcome. So i took their advice to make a decision. If they have said that it sometimes happens and I am obligated to pay whatever they bill me, even after couple years, then I would have told them to do so. Well she kept saying she will call and stuffs, but honestly when I call the entity that billed me to see if they have talked to laywer but they all said no. It seems like she only sent one letter about how they didnt file it in timely manner and kindly suggesting to put the balance to zero during 5 months period. The bill ended up in collection and I reached out to her, yet no response. So I just paid the amount in full and decided to rewrite the review.
