Called regarding a case and the left don't know what the right is doing. The referred lawyer's paralegal claimed she didn't know why they sent me there. Well guess what I will take my case somewhere that at least knows what they can do when you first explain your case instead of being pushed to the next who is just as dense. Update: I received a call that day and received an apology from the referring office. I can say it was our of their control on how the office they referred me to would be as dismissive as they were. If I need their help in the future, I would still reach out to them just not the referred office.

I came to G. Turner Howard and his team in a time of real stress and emotional exhaustion; two months earlier, I had been in an accident that was not at all my fault, but was left with medical bills to pay until a one-time settlement could be distributed by my insurance company when my treatment was "over." With a concussion, nerve damage, and a shoulder tear, the bills were expensive and the story was getting complicated. I had no clue if I was doing the right thing. Turner and his team, especially Christine Griffin, gave me so much peace and relief during this time. I was dealing with tons of doctors appointments and pain; it was a struggle to just go to work and live my life, no less negotiate with an insurance company. They made it SO easy and were so communicative with me at all stages. Whenever I needed something explained or clarified, they were quick to respond and make it clear what was happening. They served as my negotiators and advocates and made sure I was getting all my bills paid as well as a fair amount for pain and suffering. I would, of course, not have had the car accident happen if I had a choice. That was out of my control. It was in my control to pick my lawyer, and I am confident I made the right choice with G. Turner Howard and his team. I highly recommend their services to anyone going through this difficult and emotionally tasking experience.
