I engaged Mr. Howard to help me with a car accident. He took my case seriously and worked hard to obtain the information needed to determine whether I had a case. He was determined and did not give up until he succeeded in getting the information. He was also easy to communicate with. To me, he is the only attorney to use in East Tennessee for people who need legal representation for automobile accidents. I would give him more than five stars if it were possible.

This was the first time I had to hire an attorney, so I felt intimidated by the situation until my first meeting with Mr. Howard and his team. Working with them made me wonder where all the jokes about evil, lying lawyers came from. The G3 team was helpful, efficient, and friendly. When there was a minor problem with getting a call back at a predetermined time, they apologized and resolved the issue promptly. They took my concerns into consideration, such as when I wanted to raise the settlement offer because the insurance wanted to claim that the (permanent) injury I received from the car accident was part of my “pre-existing” conditions. In the end, my settlement was higher than I expected it to be: it paid all my medical bills and left me with a good amount of money in my pocket. Great costumer service by caring people. I would recommend them to anyone.

This Law Firm worked with me and took twice as much care of me than my 1st Lawyers did! Mr. Howard and Mrs. Kelly fought for me and got me way more than I ever expected to get!!! In 6 short months they got me the maximum settlement insurance limits would allow and I was thrilled. My settlement not only covered my medical bills and missed income from having to miss two months of work, but also a nice bit of money in my pocket for four months of frequent medical treatment and up to a year of continuing pain and struggle for full recovery. They truly care at Turner Howard's office. They handled all of my papers and took care of all of my bills after the settlement. I have to give Turner and the rest if his team 5 stars, I'd give them 6 stars if there was an option. At first I must admit, I had my doubts about hiring a lawyer, but that's just my nature. Turner and his team, specifically Chris, worked super hard on getting me the most money possible. To make a long story short, I ended up getting over 3 times the amount of money that was first offered from the insurance company. So, would I hire Turner and his team again for any future legal needs? I absolutely would, without a shadow of a doubt. You will not be disappointed with their services.

Everyone here is awesome! Feels more like family. Everyone including Mr. Turner's wife came in to say hello and meet me. Chris is amazing. She is fast and I would recommend them for sure!
