I would definitely recommend The Law Office of G. Turner Howard III. Location wise, it is easy to get to practically across the street from the Weisgarber post office. They have great parking, which I think is important. I dislike parking in the city garages and walking to an office a block or so away for possibly an hour meeting. That's just me. Having been a legal assistant for 20 plus years and knowing what many law offices are typically like I find G. Turner Howard's office and staff to be friendly and not stuffy. The work we asked for was done quickly and efficiently. His staff is very knowledgeable and I felt well taken care of. Mr. Howard is very down-to-earth and easy to speak with about issues. We will use them again should any other issues arise that need a lawyer. Plus, personally being an animal lover, I loved meeting their two cute dogs that came out to meet us in the waiting area. They give the office a comfortable, homey feel.

Emailed in reference to a possible case and was told he could no longer take cases without 1st calling D.O.L. Workers comp then be referred to an attorney. When I contacted the D.O.L. no one there had ever heard of such a law and that I was fully capable of hiring any attorney I wanted any time I wanted for work injury cases. Seems like he just didn't want the case. Maybe just stating that instead of making something up would have been better. Did give 2 stars because he did help one prior time several years ago. Will take my case and money elsewhere.

Emotions run high when you are in a crisis. But the Offices of G Turner Howard quickly put our minds at ease, were truly supportive, swift in answering our questions, and patiently guided us when we needed clarifications. They are very good at paying attention to details and getting things done. Attorney Howard and his Staff have been understanding of our situation and have been flexible to meet based on our availability whenever possible. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!!

We recently worked with Turner Howard and first of all, we found his office unpretentious, which put us at ease, and easy to get to. It was located close in.. in West Knoxville. We enjoyed not having to deal with the downtown traffic and/or parking. Turner Howard was very personable, knowledgeable and experienced. Turner and his staff have helped me through two difficult legal matters. The first was an accident that Turner managed in a very positive manner. I went back to Turner a second time for counseling and representation during a hearing with my sports federation. Through the two events I really got know Turner and his team and would trust him anytime I needed his help in the future.
