This is the second time we have used this firm and wouldn’t think of using someone else to handle our needs. Chris, G.Turner Howard’s assistant, and her team was assigned to our case and remained on top of matters throughout the negotiations. Although we settled outside of court, they were professional and courteous on every level and returned our calls in a timely manner.

Excellent team! They worked diligently over 3 years to obtain a just settlement after a car wreck resulted in two surgeries and delayed my graduation from medical school, delaying my progression through training a whole year. They even managed to track down the person who hit me in a different country to get him served. The entire staff, from the attorneys to the paralegals to the legal assistants to the office manager, were all intimately familiar with my case. When my original attorney left the firm for another, they provided a new attorney who was able to get up to speed on my case in no time, ultimately helping me settle for a quarter of a million dollars. This is the firm you should go to if you are injured in Knoxville. 10 stars if it were an option!

They were professional, stayed in touch well, seemed to do what they needed. I'm over it now but I was pretty upset by the whole thing. They were very nice, maybe it wasnt their fault but it seemed like they didn't fight hard enough for our case and they got more money than my very injured mother who had totaled her car and didnt even get enough back to help pay for a new one. Very disappointed and felt like I got no where with a better settlement. (I guess the other person's insurance was garbage along with my moms😕) as if pain and suffering ever was a thing.

This law firm has the up most integrity.
