Charles Child is the best attorney I ever worked with . He is trustworthy & thorough , committed, kept in touch & did a great job . He was also caring & considerate . He fought for me & helped me during a difficult time . He has done work in several areas over a 20 year period & I would not want to hire anyone else . I highly recommend him. His professionalism and compassion made it easier for me .

Child did not communicate during the time he represented my case. I ended up seeking real legal counsel to finish my case.

Ongoing issues with resolutions needed from their oversight, but only get excuses, and repeated “someone dropped the ball” by staff. Our need for correction has been ongoing for over a year with the company, and it has yet to be resolved. Very poor response from office, poor performance to correct their mistake. Avoid any business interaction with this office in Knoxville, TN. is our recommendation.

Very good food! What amazed me was the number of people in drive-thru and the sheer quickness & accuracy of orders being taken! Lobby closed but that's ok, understand. But saw no one returning to complain or any sign of stress on staff! Awesome job !!!

November 2013, I was advised by realtor to use Radiant Title. I was new to the area and buying a small home. At closing, there were issues with the closing disclosure that had to be corrected. Now today, I am trying to refinance my home. The title agency I am using called to inform me a Tenn Care lien was still showing on my property that should have been released with the original closing. I called Radiant and spoke with Janet Neil concerning the matter. She informed me, they did not keep my files from the closing ( should keep on file at minimum 10 years). It was not up to her to locate my file, although In 2013 I paid for a Title Policy and other closing costs. I again attempted to get her to help and she refused, yet again. I stated her reaction was poor business and and an effort should be made. She clicked the phone in my ear. Bottom line. If you are buying and it is not going to be your forever home, don't get Radiant to assist you. You may have a forever home against your will. I now have to check with Probate court to see if the lien release was completed myself. Even though, good money was paid on a limited income to Radiant just for this purpose. Stay away...
