We had a purchase contract with a stipulation that we needed to close by a certain date and they missed it, putting the entire deal in jeopardy. They had to reschedule after having 3 weeks to prepare and were just sending out closing documents the two days prior to the original closing date. If you have any type of special needs for your closing, this is not the company to use.

They did not ensure my second mortgage was paid off in full. Supposedly it was “forgiven” but that was not true and now I’m stuck with the bill when it was their mistake.
