Julia was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She knew all the complex rules associated with Medicaid and helped me find the best course of action. She explained things clearly and simply. And, there were several issues which she highlighted that none of the people that I had spoken with (various agencies, TennCare reps, medical care, insurance agents, funeral home personnel, and social workers, etc) were aware of! We quickly developed a strategy which I believe is the best going forward. Thanks Julia.

Ms. Price spoke to our group about legal issues facing families who receive a diagnosis of a terminal illness. Her presentation was clear and very helpful. Ms. Price recognized that our group needed information about advance directives, powers of attorney, and handling financial affairs for a disabled person more than information about asset protection and allocated her time accordingly. She included information about situations that require asset protection but focused on the true needs of the families in our group. Unlike other attorneys who have spoken to our families, Ms. Price did not "sell" her services but provided solid usable information for our families.
