Pros
1
Knowledgeable and experienced attorneys
“Mr Jake Ens represented my son and his friend. He was very easy to work with and took care of their case very efficiently. Jake is very knowledgeable of the law. His experience was very much appreciated!”
2
Responsive and dedicated to client communication
“Alex is very respectful, caring, professional, and such a great lawyer. Between her and the legal assistant, Kirsten, they stayed on top of our case and made sure we were very informed.”
3
Successful case outcomes
“Definitely recommend Chase. He had a good argumental stand with the district attorney and did the best he could with what he had to work with. With the circumstances that was laid out on the table he got the settlement that was needed in order to help the situation.”
Cons
1
Inconsistent client experience and attorney turnover
“Horrible service. I paid over $5k just to get a few phone calls with my daughter and on the day of the custody hearing, Brennan lenihan decides to withdrawal from the case leaving me hanging and with no results. Not to mention he was about the 4th lawyer the firm had switched on me.”
2
Lack of transparency and communication
“After 21 years of marriage & paying Baker, Foster Potter, P.C $10,000 dollars up front, for a divorce, which would entail separating marital assets, 2 special needs children, 1 of which was an adult. After waiting months and months, to get any guidance on my case, always told, your attorney is in court, or our entire organization is in the midst of re-structuring, I ended up walking away with a NDA that is incomplete, but can not be changed.”
