Great attorney, worked with me on a payment plan and did everything I needed him to do.

He seemed excited to help us with our case. Said it wouldn't take no time at all. He was eager to get the job done. Then we paid the guy. That's when he stopped responding, it was like finding someone that had back pay on child support.

Worst attorney ever. Hired Mr. Haun for a divorce with 4 daughters in the mix. He didn't file for over a month after retaining him when the paperwork was filled out and just needed to be filed. Ex put an OP on me which I had to pay more money for. He misinformed me on the OP telling me my kids were part of it when they weren't. That misinformation kept me from seeing my kids for 2 months, missing birthdays without reason. He had no idea how to file a subpoena. Put the wrong date on it and missed getting video footage due to his incompetence which led to 4 months of not seeing my children. Didn't offer to give me money back or anything. His license needs to be taken and should never be allowed to practice law again.

Total waste of time and money. Never put my last name on birth certificate as promised, didn’t give me rights to my son as promised all because I didn’t live in Tennessee anymore. I was only 19 and once my sons mom found out she was pregnant , she kicked me out and said she never loved me and told me I can’t call my family or I will never be able to see my son! So, she had me living in a car and with strangers bribing me, if I go home to Mississippi or tell my family what’s she is doing , that I can’t see my son. So, I stayed working double shifts to give her and her family money to see my son even before he was born. Then, after paying Scott his fee and spending money to travel back there and to put my last name on birth certificate and get rights ( co parenting , regardless of state) he happily told me I have to pay more money for no visitation when the only time I could visit my son was if I bought his mom and family groceries andpaid their bills. He helped her more than me even though I was lured there for only two weeks abd her family wouldnt let me talk to mine or go back home and put me straight to work and stole my phone and car ( money scam I fell into) Scott never helped me only the witch! I basically paid him to give the mom more money

Scott has been SO helpful over the last 2 1/2 years with my divorce/child custody case. He always kept me updated and informed with what was going on - even if there was no update he would call me just to let me know. He is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly personable. If I could give more than five stars I would .. I can’t recommend him enough!

Absolutely a dumpster waste of money, and time. Handled my two sons adoptions and now won't take the time to even look up record. Highly and I mean Highly would never recommend someone who is so unprofessional that even just getting him on the phone has nomanners at all. Buys be warned

I have filed for divorce, I was very clear on my situation to Scott Hahn, he told me his fee and i paid him full price, after that i was the one who was calling him on the progress of the case, my wife had her lawyer also, after her side told us what they want, Scott said to me that my case is difficult and demand more money, " you better give me more money if you want your case to proceed" its been 6 months now, not even 1 phone call from his side, Do NOT Hire him.. he cares more about money then your problem.

Scott did a wonderful job for me, reasonable attentive, very engaged and easy to get in contact with. Resolved my matter in no time.

Would have given no stars. But, wasn’t offered that option. Don’t waste your money. He didn’t do the job I paid him for at all. Was supposed to keep a speeding ticket off my record and it on my record. So, I lost my monies.
