Mr. McKeehan handled a revision of custody agreement for me recently. I was nervous about the whole thing because my ex no longer lives in the same state. The entire process was much less stressful and time consuming than I had anticipated. Thankfully I had retained an attorney who is knowledgeable and efficient. Jed is the 5th attorney I've had to hire in my lifetime. I've needed them for various reasons; business-related as well as personal. Now .. I hate having to hire an attorney. They've always been crooked and uncaring, concerned only with getting paid and not about the case itself. But when my landlord attempted to force me out of my business location in April 2018 with some really shady tactics, I needed one again. Jed was different from any lawyer I'd hired before. He represented me in the case and the landlord eventually offered a settlement for me to relocate. Jed was there the whole way, negotiating with excellent communication between myself and the landlord. He did exactly what was best for me in my situation, and the result was far better than I would have expected or hoped. I was so satisfied, as well as pleasantly surprised, I gave him a bonus. I had to call on him again this year, again with great results. Because my experiences with Jed have been so positive, I'm no longer hesitant or afraid to hire a lawyer. He's definitely one of the few good ones out there. I would recommend him to anyone, even my closest family members.
