Brandon was great and helped our son out of a very serious situation. He got most of the charges dropped against him. We highly recommend this law firm. Great communication. Hopefully we never need there services again but I will definitely call if I’m ever in need.

JUVENILLE COURT- 2 FELONIES ( 1 CLASS B) ..CASE DISMISSED by JUDICIAL DIVERSION (Counseling) My 17 year old son was substantiated (charged) with aggravated sexual battery, stemming from an incident that happened with his 8 year old half brother, it was questionable at best however once you are substantiated the actual incident doesn't even matter anymore. He also had a current felony burglary charge that was a stupid teenage thing of breaking into his high school and stealing a 2 liter soda and a dozen donuts but still a felony. So he was looking at 2 felonies the aggravated sexual battery being a class 2 felony second only to murder!!....Realizing that the he had a serious chance of the case being transferred to adult court ( 8 to 30 years in prison!!!!) ...I determined his court appointed lawyer who was on vacation in Texas when they dropped the aggravated sexual battery charges on him in court during a hearing for the burglary charge...they just patched her in by telephone!!...We needed a real lawyer......I called around and as I started to talk in detail about the circumstances of the case I realized the first 2 lawyers I called didn't care about all the details just what he was charged with then informing me that it is a serious charge and a proper defense would be quite expensive......... Then I called Brandon......he told me yes tell him absolutely everything I thought was important about the case that it is essential to find out as much as he could about my son and the circumstances....I could tell he is truly a caring person...their office is well organized always communicating....I will admit the fee is a little jaw dropping at first but realizing it is all inclusive and Brandon will be with you for all court hearings all the way to completion of your case it is actually quite reasonable....it was over a year and multiple hearings in our case...Brandon is everything you want a lawyer to be, he is excellent at his job and enjoys what he does...usually already talking to the DA when you arrive at court....informing you of your options and guiding you to take your best options......my son was able attend 3 day a week counseling for 6 months and his case was dismissed through judicial diversion. While driving home to Michigan from Florida, my mother was stopped for speeding. They charged her with speeding, paraphernalia & simple possession (even though she has a medicinal card) and they confiscated her medicine (marijuana). John Barnes, our well dressed, charming & personable lawyer, was able to have it all dismissed. My mother paid a contribution to the TN drug fund and a fine for the paraphernalia. Everything was dismissed. I’d highly recommend this firm again and again. Great job!! You made my mom smile (she was nervous at 70 years old). I appreciate how John looked out for my mother.
