Mr. Barnes and his office staff made a wonderful team to help me through my experience with DUI charges, court and the consequences of my experience with the legal system. The charges were significantly reduced from what I expected. He went above and beyond to support me to the DA. I was guided and educated from the initial visit. I always knew what to expect. My questions were answered thoroughly. My anxiety was minimized because of the trust I had in his knowledge and skill. He guided me in ways to help myself as well, through enrolling in an outpatient treatment program and connection with AA. I am very fortunate and happy to be on this delightful path to recovery from alcohol addiction. I was pulled over in November of 2015 for DUI. The officer asked me to get out of the vehicle and perform some tests. I did a few of them but was extremely nervous as I have an anxiety/panic disorder. I decided to refuse the rest of the tests which automatically sent me to jail with an implied consent charge.
