Divorce alone is one of the most difficult things you can go through in life. And then to have your ex spouse come back later and try to take your kids away is devastating. My case was a petition to change the PRP, Britini it’s not only really good at what she does but very patient and understanding of the emotions her clients may have going through a custody battle. Britini was quite eloquent in her presentation to the court I knew exactly where to pack the punch. She did an excellent job with proving there was no material change in circumstances proved by the other side, and that my ex husband was simply trying to gain more control and that the changes he sought presented no real benefit to the child. In the end I not only won huge but actually came out with more than I asked for, which was simply for the court to uphold the agreement currently in place. Britni is a force to be reckoned with. When I was first referred to her I thought she looked so young that she couldn’t possibly have much experience but I decided to hire her anyway and am so glad I did! She comes off as very sweet and quiet at first but she will fight hard for you and isn’t afraid to be aggressive in the courtroom if she needs to.
