Mr Pass with ABC heating and cooling refuses to refund the many $1000's I'm due in refund. I had no reason in the beginning not to trust him up front for I had employed him several times before without issue. I actually considered us friends. So I'm going to leave it between him, God and his consciense and whether he can sleep easy at night. Mr Collver was so gracious in telling us to take a day or two to think over what could end up costing us much more money that we had already spent. It didn't seem right, but that's just the way it is. My last correspondence with Mr Pass was that if he could sleep easy knowing full well he had done a friend wrong, then that was enough for me. I had released it to God to take care of. I did mention to Mr Pass that over the last several years of not needing him, something had changed the heart of the man I truly considered friend. His conscience would catch up with him if he was "wronging" others as horribly as I had been taken advantage of.

Mr. Collver was unable to contact me back for several days after I submitted my initial contact due to being in court. Eventually, he called me back and we had an excellent conversation. I was definitely upset at first because I had an urgent timely situation on my hands. I will keep his number for any future necessity.

He got my DUI reduced to public intoxication and a fine.
