I highly recommend T Scott, Chris and Rachel for all your legal needs. They are very attentive and Misty is super!

Called about food poisoning issue with local Kroger. Listened to about half or my story of what happened. Told me to slow down while cutting me off half way through the story. Maybe because he heard the word "Kroger" was involved and didn't want to waste anymore time listing to what happened. Asked if I had Hospital reports and food that was contaminated. I said yes I do, then he Said "its hard to win a food poisoning case". Told me thanks for calling and have a nice day. Well I thought maybe this review would help others. Enjoy!

This place is the last place, someone should go for fair and decent treatment. They will charge you for what should be covered under the portion of your awarded funds. I was very dissatisfied with their service and treatment.

Great job! T Scott and Chris flat killed it for me and do waaaay better than TV lawyers. They are the only place to go in Knoxville.

This law firm will do everything they can with the evidence or lack thereof that exists so don’t work against yourself or have anyone around you do as much! Fortunately or unfortunately they will protect their own at all costs; it’s your job to distinguish if you happen to be part of that. Kelly Tanner has the heart of a lion & will lighten the mood in even the darkest of times. He does a lot of the dirty work. Mr. Jones is as straight by the book as he can & should be, he’s read & recited all of it. No complaints only unfinished business on my end. If it’s your first time being in a legal scrum I highly recommend Banks & Jones. Hope your day is good Scott.
