I was recommended to Mr Jones's office for my fiance, from another attorney office and was told that he was possibly working on payments and work with us in regards to our case. I called in the receptionist answered listen to my story and was asking me about if we had money to hire an attorney and when she quoted the price I was a little shocked as I have a couple of other cases that I was needing the attorney to take care of as well. Was done wrong by a previous attorney who never signed a contract with us who never wanted to answer the phone or text back. Paid the man $300 and he has done nothing he didn't even bother to keep track of our court dates. So being referred to Mr Jones and being hopeful I called his office. Oncebquoted the price as stated the receptionist said what amount he would probably want down and what it would be like for each of the other two charges. When conveying my shock a little bit (I do understand attorneys do cost and there's a lot of work put into their work and their time). She kind of chuckled and in a who do you think that you are trying to hire type of way, she stated "that is why he's t Scott Jones." I'm sorry but I am a hard-working class; and I've made mistakes, which I do not deny but I feel that was very very unprofessional and very rude. I will absolutely NEVER EVER contact this office again for any type of legal help. For her to speak to me as if she was above me and that I was an absolute nothing. I know that I am not a piece of scum I simply made a mistake and being treated like one who was uncalled for. If this is the top of people he has working for him then it is not the attorney for me after reading such great reviews about him.
