Update: I've spoken to Mr.Jones personally after this review. This incident is not his fault but he took personal responsibility for his employees behaviors and no matter what happens I'm a believer in Mr Jones ability to get things done properly.No matter what that took some humility and is an excellent example of how every business professional could and should in my opinion handle affairs like this incident I outlined here. I'm changing to 5 stars for accountability alone. Thank you Mr Jones that shows a lot of integrity on your part. Thank you for restoring my faith in the process. I know your time is valuable too and thank you Sir for your time this morning. Moving forward with my case/ delimma just got much less complicated today. That's an excellent thing in my experience with anything in life. Hopefully we can get the opportunity to move forward with my case. I'll do my very best to get the needed information to move forward with this. Make a plan,don't plan an outcome.🔷️🤙 Regardless of the outcome its important for the people answering the phones and speaking to potential client's to learn to listen . Also if your staff is to busy they should ask for help. Being put on hold and stopping and restarting only to be passed off to another disgruntled office working lacking listening capabilities is bad for business Its very difficult to relive a painful experience in the first place. To be cut off passed around and ignored is really a bad experience. The office seemed to already have their answer so the could have just stated that upfront in the beginning
