Great service and communication! Excellent staff and professional. The firm represented my case and took a tremendous stress load off of me. To say just how honest and fair the firm is they even lowered my attorney fees. Which in turn was more money for me. This was my first time ever needing an attorney and they definitely put my nerves at ease. If I ever need an attorney again I will only use Banks & Jones.
