No one works harder than Scott Jones!

Very thankful for this law office and the services they provide. Extremely professional but still treat you like family. I'm always greeted by the woman at the front desk and she never fails to offer water, coffee, etc. If I'm ever in need of legal services again this is my #1 pick.

Gena Lewis currently works at Banks & Jones and she was our attorney on a frivolous lawsuit. She was very attentive to our case and really saved our business from complete destruction. I could not recommend her more!

Scott Jones knows the practice of law and law itself very well. He cares about doing and does high-quality work. He is resourceful and very responsive. is honest and trustworthy. He provides real value for the money he charges his clients - won't take on work he doesn't believe will benefit the client. He’s a down home good southern man and I would’ve rather ate dirt than hired someone else other than him.

From the award winning law radio show he has on Saturday morning to the up and coming musicians he helps with legal contracts one would think would be enough to give him 5 stars. However, his dedication to the industry goes way deeper than that. As a former journalist on a few occassions our career paths would cross. With rapid clear and indepth responses to serious questions in requesting information clarification on indepth legal cases involving complex high profile cases, I was able to see first hand why and how this law firm is the best in the business. Also note that while I am no longer a reporter, I can assure you that that out of the hundreds of lawyers I have met in six years of covering Knoxville, if I ever need a lawyer Banks and Jones is my first call.
