I was injured in a car accident in 2016 and hired B&J to handle our case. Should have been very cut and dry. We settled almost a year and a half later, no issues or so we thought. Other than trying to get someone to keep us updated was laughable. We weren't asking to retire off of a settlement just a small compensation for an injury I sustained. A few months ago we recieved a letter from the hospital I was initially taken to after the accident wanting payment in full of almost $5,000.00. I was certainly concerned because that bill was the reason we filed the suit in the first place. When asked how this was completely overlooked we were told by B&J that "they (the hospital) must have been hiding it up their sleeves." And since we signed the settlement, guess who's not willing to help us other than asking the hospital to cut the bill in half. A bill I should not have had in the first place. Pretty expensive mistake. B&J made more money off my accident than I did. Went off a friend's recommendation for this attorney. I asked her to stop recommending.
