I used Legal Zoom initially to get a patent on my invention. I was working with a gentleman for the first 6 months and he was to call me back later in the month for revisions. After not hearing from him I called Legal Zoom and asked for him only to find out he no longer worked there. I was then set up with another gentleman to take over the process only having to explain myself all over again. I worked with this person for around 4 months. He was supposed to call me back by a specific date and he too never called. I called them back only to find out the second guy I was working with was also no longer working there. I had two months to get my patent, draft drawing, more searches and filings done. I was then assigned a third gent in which I had to explain where I was in the process all over again. I am not bashing Legal Zoom but they obviously had problems going on. With time drawing near and no guarantee that I would get everything done in time, I decided to go to a local patent attorney. I always heard that "in person" patent attorneys were 4X more expensive than an online legal services. When I called Robinson Intellectual Properties and expressed my situation, they set up a meeting within two days. Roby, and his staff were very professional, polite and seamed generally interested in my situation. I had one month to get drawings done, the patent totally rewritten , drafts to be looked over and altered and then ultimately submitted. Roby was a rock star and got it done! He is then man! I was(am) totally happy with his services. His prices, to me, were on par with what online services wanted AND you can actually show your concerns in person if need be or by a quickly responded email. He is the real deal and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a copyright, a trademark or in my case a patent. I will continue to work with Roby as need be. Thank you so much, Andrew
