Steer clear of agent Stacey Rogers. ZERO integrity. Straight up lied, falsely advertised a listing and let her client run rough shod over her the whole way. ZERO backbone or self accountability. Run as fast you can away from her or this brokerage.

We used this realtor (Marie Santos and Broker) to purchase a home while living in California and wanting to move to Crossville, Tennessee. We found a home online that looked really good and wanted to possibly purchase it. She did a virtual tour of the house with us and it looked pretty good. This home was listed as all furniture included if purchased at full listing price. We made a full price offer and put down a $10K deposit and it was accepted. This realtor talked to the seller's realtor and found out what was to be included as furniture, etc. We were told that everything in the house was to be included (i.e. all the furniture and everything in the all the cupboards and drawers except a few personal belongings). All things in the garage, including tools, lawnmowers, etc.). Knowing that all of that was included, we decided to sell or give away to charity all of our own furniture and belongings. As the escrow went along, our realtor got more and more frustrated with the seller's realtor and decided to cut off any verbal communications with him. He would not let her into the home to inspect what was being left at the home. We asked our realtor to please make sure to state in the contract exactly what was to be left in the house. She failed to do this!. When we came to do the final walk through, we found that nothing was left in the cupboards or drawers, TV's were missing, everything in the garage was gone, and there was a big hole in the wall of the garage as well. We were not happy with the house and decided we would not close the deal on this house because of the condition of the garage and all of the missing items that were supposed to be in the house. The sellers decided that since we didn't take the house, they would not give us the deposit back. Our realtor told us that we had the right to back out of the deal because of all of that. So, we went to court and lost because our realtor did not include the items that were supposed to be included in the house in the contract. She told us that because of her mistake she would pay our deposit and the cost of the attorneys back to us. Well, she paid our deposit back and one of the attorneys, but did not pay for the other attorney. To this day she still owes us $3800 of which she kept promising to pay but never did. We lost big time because of all of our own furniture and belongings that we had to replaced to the tune of $30,000. Very sad. Please beware of this realtor who is only out to sell as many homes as she can.

If you are looking to buy a house, DO NOT USE UNITED REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS. Their realtors have a problem saying one thing and doing another.

She found us the most beautiful home we could ever imagine. She is the most hard working and responsive person we have ever met. No matter how early or late it was Jessica got back to us within minutes with all correct information, everytime. She went way out of her way so many times to make everything come together. Several walk throughs, inspections, and countless hours on the phone. We were never given the impression we were bothering her when I know we had to be because we spent so much time communicating. Barb Bender was absolutely amazing. we are from out of state and first met Barb online and via phone conversations. when we were able to travel down to look at properties, Barb was ready and available to meet with us. She always showed us properties that were close to our budget and wants. Barb never once pressured us knowing we weren't exactly ready to buy. she continued contact with us and the next time we came down she walked through several properties with us. We did find our dream property and signed the papers in June 2021. Barb did a great job and we absolutely love her!! Thank you for helping us find our 15 year dream!!!!
