Mr Ooten went above and beyond to settle my case with a positive outcome.

When I first made the decision in Dec 2019 to leave employment after 35 yrs in same job to retire. I had no idea that I would be able to survive on SS and a small pension. By Feb. I knew I was going to need to do something. I had been encouraged by my doctor to apply for disability. I did not know anything about applying. But like most others I went to the internet and researched. I did reach out for help from Ooten Law firm and although they are not local to my home they did take me on as a client. My case was always a priority to them and they were very pleasant to work with. Most of my correspondence with them was thru e mail which made me very happy. I did not have to travel to them or any doctors to conclude this case. Seventeen months and I was approved. I can and will recommend them to all who need help with SS Disability. Annette

I went to trial on Attempted First Degree Murder and Aggravated Robbery with Mr. Christmas as my attorney and the Jury found me innocent of all crimes and lower crimes except a misdemeanor charge of Reckless Endangerment. DT did the best job possible on trial and proved my innocence. I could never be more thankful for this law firm and Mr. Christmas!

My son was in need of a liver transplant he was turned down for ssi and tenn care I knew my son was going to die and no one would help me save him until I talked to Star and explained to her the urgency in this case. They took his case and the first time applying he got it. As soon as we got it within a couple days we was at Vanderbilt and he was on the list for a liver within a couple more days he was in surgery getting a liver, the Drs said he wouldn’t have made it another week without a new liver. I became close to Star she was concerned for my son she always took my calls she called and checked on my son, if it wasn’t for Ooten Law firm getting his disability I wouldn’t have my son today….They genuinely care
