If you want an attorney that's honest with you, shows you they actually care about you and wants to do what they can to help you, makes sure you know what options you have and that understand each one, takes the time to listen to you and willing to answer any question you may have, actually makes time for you, or just an awesome attorney all together then I highly 100% recommend Matt Ooten. He was there for me thru my situation and kept informed and up to date during the entire process even going as far as sending me a text reminding me of court. He was court appointed and didn't make me feel or act like my case was any less important then any other one From here on out if I ever need an attorney for any reason hell be my one and only choice. Where do I start . I was in town for work and boy can I say I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. I got into somethings that was going to change my life for the worst. Matt and his team got with me and he got on it. From the first day he never let up he fought hard for a guy he never even laid eyes on until my court day . He was very professional and a great priced lawyer. Mr. Ooten and Mr Bell were amazing. I was arrested and charged w a 3rd offense dui. The arrest and the whole situation just wasn't right or handled properly resulting in a bad arrest. Mr. Ooten and Mr. Bell were very thorough, took their time and reviewed and analyzed everything. Long story short Mr Bell had my case dismissed during a probable cause hearing against the testimony of 2 officers. I would HIGHLY recommend the Ooten Firm. Not only did they protect me and my rights, but by extension of their awesome work have made it possible for me to get my children back as well. I can't thank them enough, nor express enough gratitude for the job they did. I just wish they did family law too bc I'd definitely use them for my custody matters.

Being the first time I was ever arrested or accused of a crime he answered all my questions guided me through the process and had the case dismissed. He even went to my order of protection case for free because he knew my circumstances and we prevailed there as well. Matt Ooten is the BEST! When I thought that there was no hope of me ever getting my disability, he reassured me that he could do it, and he DID! as a person who suffers from anxiety and bipolar. legal issues I had caused me great distress. matt helped me through the whole process and his confidence and commitment allowed me to feel at ease knowing he was working hard on my behalf. looking at 8years felony and I ended up getting 11-29 misdemeanor. he is a great lawyer I am blessed to have found.
