Jerry did a great job representing on my behalf. Even a whole state away he kept me informed and did everything he could to keep my case on track. I would highly recommend him.

I had hired a lawyer to handle a civil matter. Long story short the lawyer I hired did not turn out to be professional or truthful. Jerry stepped in asked for no extra money and got the matter handled.

I hired Mr. Givens for an uncontested divorce involving minor children. His team was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how small or trivial they may have seemed. Mr. Givens is very personable and down to earth and makes you feel at ease with the entire process.

I have used them twice. In both cases Jerry and Lindsey were on the ball. Fast and effective service. My first time I used him is when my previous lawyer couldn't make time to do anything that I had paid him for. Jerry picked up where he left me hanging and got my full custody rights for my minor child. On my second go around the minor child's mother was arrested for drug and theft. Jerry quickly got it in court and got my child out of a potential dangerous situation. He is very reasonable and affordable. I have used him twice and will be my go to man for any future issues. I also want to note that his Paralegal "Lindsey" is great. Very fast to respond to my many questions. And even meet me after hours to sign papers. They are an excellent team and would recommend them to anyone.
