Courtney helped me though a very emotionally draining 6 month+ nightmare. I was being manipulated by a very bad body shop who has cashed the insurance check but not put a finger on my car or ordered any parts. Courtney was able to work things out to get my car to another body shop and within 3 days my car was totaled. What took Grayson BMW 6 months to do, another shop was able to complete in 3 day! Thankful to of had Courtney’s help in getting this nightmare over with so I can move on with my life.
