We worked with Michelle Morales for my husband's citizenship case and she was amazing! She makes sure to build a strong relationship with her clients, always very attentive, excellent communication skills and speaks in terms easy to understand. We have been working with Rachel since 2017 and Michelle since she started working at the firm. They both have been so helpful in a process that is confusing, disheartening, and sometimes really terrible. Michelle has been so attentive with our case and her attention to detail is so appreciated. I never was worried that we would miss something because I knew Michelle was always on top of everything. The work that they do is so under appreciated, but we would not be where we are today without them!

Michelle was so wonderful, she explained everything so well to both my husband and myself and what would be the best option for us and our family. She kept us updated throughout the entire time and answered any questions we had along the way.
