Justin Bell represented me in a case where I was charged with felony possession. I was offered a felony plea, but Mr. Bell held a preliminary hearing and fought very hard for me because he knew I was not guilty of what I was charged with. After the hearing, the Class-B Felony charge was reduced to a misdemeanor. I've never seen another attorney get that done. If you are over-charged with a crime you are not guilty of, I would definitely recommend having Mr. Bell represent you because he gets results.

I was the victim of a domestic assault and was physically injured as a result. however, I was falsely accused and charge with a class D felony for as legally providing a false report to the investigator officer. But Mr. Bell believed in me and fought for me and my rights and having a hearing general sessions court. After question the officer on the stand, Mr. Bell was able to establish that any information given to the officer claimed was not true, had nothing to do with whether or not the assault occurred. So the judge dismissed the case right on the spot. If you want a good lawyer, one that really kind, intelligent and Works fast Mr. Bell is your man!

At the time of my arrest I was homeless. Had just lost custody of my children due to financial reasons. Was living in my storage unit, no water and no electricity. Had a decent job as an electrician w a sign company. Late one night I was hungry, decided to go to Taco Bell, and was pulled over by a crooked rookie Sevier Co sheriff bc of a tag light. Officer ran my name, saw I had priors, and decided to take advantage of my vulnerable situation. He got me out to perform an unwarranted field sobriety test. After passing that, he then made me wait there in the freezing cold while another trained officer showed up to perform ANOTHER set of supposedly standard field sobriety tests. The second officer was A.R.I.D.E. trained specially to look for signs of impairedness. That wasn't enough so they then decided to lie on sworn affidavits to get a blood draw from me. Fast forward to hiring Justin Bell. I was homeless but I had money saved. Best investment I could've hoped for. Mr. Bell took my case. He got rid of the ridiculous bond conditions which further put my job at the time at risk. And during the probable cause hearing the D.A. basically said that if I didn't accept his plea deal and take the charge as a 3rd offense d.u.i. that he was going to enhance it to a 4th offense, where I would have to do prison time. Well, I knew I wasn't guilty and I refuse to accept any plea deals which I am not guilty of, no matter how afraid they made me. Justin Bell was incredible! In a matter of only 2 hours, he got the judge to repress the blood draw from evidence and totally exposed the officers. He caught them in lie after lie. Showed how unprofessional they were. How they didn't do their jobs properly. And how ultimately that arrest was completely unjustifiable. During a PROBABLE CAUSE hearing he got the judge to totally dismiss the case in it's entirety and repressed the blood draw from evidence. Now, since that time I have gone through truck driving school, no longer am homeless, I have not had a single issue w the Sevier County sheriffs, and am launching my new career as a truck driver. I am well on my way to getting my children back bc Mr Bell believed in me and fought like a pit bull in court to protect my innocence and my freedom. I only wish I would've met Mr Bell and the Ooten Firm earlier in life. These guys are the real deal. I would highly recommend Mr Bell to anybody who is in need.

You will be hard-pressed to find another attorney that will work as hard as Justin Bell. I’ve practiced with him and witnessed first-hand how much time and effort he puts into his case. If you’re looking for a bulldog criminal defense lawyer Justin Bell is an excellent choice.

I cannot even begin to describe what a good talents that Justin Bell has acquired in the criminal law system.
In a day where court cases can be so confusing and false charges show up on people left and right everyday, people need someone that they can fully trust and have confidence in. Justin Bell just simply is the right attorney for you or someone in your family dealing with a legal issue.
I personally had a case that had gotten blown just way out of proportion, as anyone would agree, but Mr. Bell did the upmost job I’ve honestly ever seen a lawyer do.
I was sitting in jail with a bail that was over $80,000 on false charges. This man not only fought for me every step of the way, but he went to the location where the alleged crime took place and he analyzed the entryway and realized there was something incorrectly done with my case. As further procedures led to another, we were able to get the case fully dropped and dismissed with no court cost or anything
I was even able to bond out at my preliminary hearing because of how many bogus charges he had automatically got thrown out which enabled me to fight this case from the street which in my situation was an incredible blessing
I would sincerely recommend Justin Bell to anyone, and will hire him again if I’m ever in a bunch

I can attest that Justin Bell works very hard for his client.
The State offered my brother 10 years for something he did not do. Justin took the time to go to my brother’s house to review the scene and interview the witnesses where the crime had allegedly occurred. Because of Justin’s hard work, he was able to get the class B felony charges dismissed at the preliminary hearing.
I highly recommend Justin Bell if you are in need of a very good attorney!

Mr. Bell is a very knowledgeable contributor to our legal system . He has a real passion for his craft and people . I personally have spent a lot of time corresponding with Mr.Bell on a case involving my son . That is now DISMISSED! Mr. Bell spent countless hours 30+ on my sons case . This was a stressful time for us as a family . My son was charged with some very serious crimes that he did not commit . Mr Bell spent many many hours preparing for hearings, that would just be delayed yet one more time by the unprepared DA , 4 different resets . Almost a year later due to Mr.Bell’s continued representation and knowledge my son is cleared of all wrong doing. All fees waved and Diversion intact . I feel that this would not have been possible had we had just any attorney . Mr.Bell was always prepared , even when the state was unpredictable and unprepared . Thank you ! For having his best interest at all times in mind .Thank you for always being prepared .Thank you ! For demanding and protecting that my son’s legal rights . Thank you ! For getting him back to our family !
