He is also very understanding and sympathetic which is so important to someone going through such a emotional and stressful situation. He does an amazing job at explaining the divorce process and offering his expertise on the best course of action to take. I would recommend him to anyone who has to go through such a difficult situation.

Can not recommend this law firm. Had them represent me because I was out of state and needed representation against my ex-wife who had moved out of state with my son after we separated. Hired them to handle negotiations for child support and visitation rights. Ended up in mediation for visitation and then child support was pushed to a later date. Child support eventually got situated and I was not happy with the numbers but math is math so I don't know that there is much I or anyone could have done for that. The part that bothered me is that I sold a house that my ex had no claim to and was trying to get a portion of the sale price. When I brought this up the attorney I had told me that wasn't right and we can fight against that and win so I said ok. I got assigned to another attorney as the first one left the practice and the second picked up where the first left off, saying we can fight against having to pay my ex more. This dragged on for nearly a year with various legal requests from both parties before a court date was set. Finally the day before the court date, my attorney tells me that there really is nothing he can do and that the law is very clear that my ex is entitled to a portion of the sale because it gets counted into my income for the year and will increase the child support as well. Not only did it cost me nearly $5k for the guy to fold the day before the court date but I also ended up having to drive 12 hrs needlessly to show up in court and just have my lawyer and her lawyer go over numbers on their own and not even present in front of a judge because my lawyer said the best possible thing was to negotiate with her attorney without getting a judge involved. So frustrating.

I have NEVER had anything less than an amazing experience with NST. From beginning to end, the process is always laid out in detail and they kept me updated throughout the experience. I highly recommend using their services if you find yourself in any vehicle collisions.
