Norman McKellar and Julie, who was always available for questions and directives, informed me of the hopeful benefit of filing an OIC on my extant IRS Debt of $144K. The eight months (each step in the process was predicted) resulted in a final settlement of $19K total. The fee of $4.5 K was more than reasonable considering the dramatic result.

I can't say enough good about Norman McKellar! The IRS has been hounding me since 2008 for taxes that I didn't owe. My CPA had submitted documentation since then showing them the error. But, instead of correcting their mistake, they charged me interest on top of interest constantly threatening me every April when I wouldn't pay what they were demanding because they were wrong. My CPA passed away earlier this year and I was stuck with no one to even try to fight for me. Thanks to God's direction, I found Norman. I provided him all my documents my CPA had submitted to them over the years, which began in 2008 when they claimed I owed them $63$ all the way to 2015 when they had added interest each year now saying I owed $79k. Norman immediately saw the error and began working directly with them. This week he called and told me he had resolved the problem! And, not only did he get them to finally admit they screwed up and to remove every single cent they said I owed, but he got me $5k back!!! He is truly a miracle worker.
