Very knowledgeable lawyer, easy communication, fairly priced - professional!

While Jonathan Taylor was communicating with me, he was very attentive, got all the information he needed, and gave me the next steps. However, when I reached out to move forward, I got no response. After 2 emails with no response, I called and left a message, also with no response. I believe that communication is professional, and Jonathan Taylor proved very unprofessional in his lack of communication towards me.

I honestly don’t know where to even begin about explaining the total heartbreak & fear that consumed me when I contacted Lance, I was dealing with something I never imagined I would ever go through & I honestly wasn’t handling the situation well and to say Lance had to listen to me whine & cry on more than one occasion is an understatement & no matter how I was feeling or how extra I may have been at times Lance was always amazing, not only did he do more than I ever expected anyone would be able to do for the situation I was in but he was always very professional & very kind. It’s going on two years now & still no matter what I may call or email about he is always right there, responding & explaining what all my best options are just like he did from the first day I met him in his office. I never had to wait very long for Lance to respond regardless of what I was asking, regardless of how busy he was or how small my concern may or may not have been he always acknowledged me. I sincerely can’t speak highly enough about Lance Baker.

You say you handle civil cases but when you call if they not interested they say we don't handle civil cases instead of say we are not interested Just typical lawyers ps . I was specifically refred to you by another lawyer

Lance went above and beyond for my case, I was facing 2 big charges and Lance got one dismissed and the other dropped down to the lowest class he could and it will be expunged. He traveled from Knoxville to Kingsport several times just to help me win my case. He is one of the best lawyers I could have had on my side! He fought hard for my case! I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a good attorney on their side!

I don't trust this guy, he has not responded to my requests for information in an investment, for which he is on the board of directors. I live on the west Coast otherwise, I would be knocking on his door! Mr. Robert L. Jolley Jr. please call me and we can get this cleared up, I will take these complaints down.
